Cleaner Supervisor Location: Vancouver (Close to Stadium Skytrain Station) Employment Type: Full-time (Hourly Pay) Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm Hourly Wage: $20 Benefits: Health benefits ______________________________________________________________________________________________ We are seeking a Cleaner Supervisor to join our team at a prestigious, high-end residential condominium community. This key position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, functionality, and overall excellence of the property while supporting daily building operations. The Cleaner Supervisor plays a crucial role in the upkeep of a large residential high-rise and is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong cleaning leadership experience. The successful candidate will help ensure a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming living environment for residents. ______________________________________________________________________________ Compensation & Benefits: * $20 per hour * Extended health benefits, dental, and life insurance after 6 months of employment Key Responsibilities: An integral part of the building maintenance team, the candidate must have excellent cleaning skills, be a self starter with good customer service skills, relating comfortably and respectfully with owners, tenants, contractors, guests, etc. Responsibilities * Maintains a clean and organized work environment in all areas via sweeping, wiping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming or other methods. * Services, cleans, and supplies all restrooms daily * Cleans windows and mirrors * Organizes janitorial storage areas and manages janitorial supply inventory * Uses such personal protective equipment as is required at all times * Removes waste and empties trash * Reports any unsafe conditions or items in need of repair or maintenance * Follows all health and safety regulations.
