Test Lead - Commercial Banking

Coforge is seeking an experienced Commercial Banking Platform Test Lead with strong expertise in the Intellect CBX platform Role: Test Lead Domain: Commercial Banking Platform: Intellect CBX (Consumer/Corporate Banking eXperience) Experience: 8+ Years Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end testing activities for Commercial Banking implementations on the Intellect CBX platform. Define test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, and test execution approach. Manage functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing cycles. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and client stakeholders to understand business requirements and validate solutions. Review business requirements, functional specifications, and technical design documents. Coordinate defect management, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking. Lead a team of QA analysts and testers across multiple workstreams. Ensure quality assurance processes and testing standards are followed throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular status reports, test metrics, and quality dashboards to project leadership. Required Skills Strong experience as a Test Lead in Commercial Banking or Corporate Banking projects. Hands-on experience with Intellect CBX platform implementations, upgrades, or support projects. Good understanding of commercial banking products, including: Cash Management Payments & Collections Trade Finance Corporate Lending Treasury Services Liquidity Management Expertise in test planning, test execution, defect management, and test reporting. Experience with API testing, integration testing, and database validation. Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, or similar test management tools.

Lead end-to-end testing activities and define test strategies for Commercial Banking implementations on the Intellect CBX platform. Manage various testing cycles and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure quality assurance standards are met.

Requires over 8 years of experience as a Test Lead in Commercial or Corporate Banking with hands-on expertise in the Intellect CBX platform. Proficiency in test management tools and a strong understanding of banking products like Cash Management and Trade Finance are essential.
