Please note, this role cannot offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future Location: Toronto, ON Responsibilities Salesforce DevOps and administrator experience, who has hands on experience with Salesforce deployments and had implemented devOps pipelines successfully for their customers. Tools: SFDX (SF CLI),GitHub, BitBucket, VSCode, Salesforce Integration as Mulesoft and other, GIT Basics, nCino. Jenkins is mandatory. Production Go-Live Experience. Salesforce incidents management. While deep technical understanding and experience in Salesforce remains, the responsibilities will shift away from DevSecOps and into the realm of active technical management of deployments intakes & production readiness. More of a technical release manager. Required Skills & Qualifications Maintain CI/CD pipeline and perform release management activities Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end release activities across Salesforce, MuleSoft, nCino, and integrated applications. Facilitate impact assessments and coordinate third-party platform releases, including Salesforce seasonal releases and nCino bi-annual releases. Lead release readiness reviews, go/no-go meetings, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate deployment activities across Development, QA, UAT, Operations, and Business teams. Manage pre-production and production deployment processes, including migration, business validation testing (BVT), Dynamic application security testing (DAST),rollback planning, and post-deployment verification. Identify, assess, and mitigate release-related risks, dependencies, and issues. Develop and maintain release calendars, schedules, and deployment plans. Ensure compliance with change management, governance, and audit requirements. Collaborate with application support, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams to ensure release success. Monitor release outcomes, track metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Facilitate post-implementation reviews and root cause analysis for release-related incidents. Support automation initiatives to improve release efficiency and reliability. Maintain release documentation, runbooks, deployment procedures, and operational readiness artifacts Salary And Other Compensation Applications will be accepted until 08/28/2026. The annual salary for this position is between $ 115,000– $ 135,000 CAD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
