They will also facilitate workshops, manage change, and provide expert advice to ensure the successful implementation of organizational solutions. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as administration, engineering, or information technology, along with 5 to 10 years of pertinent experience. A Lean certification is required, and proficiency in French is mandatory.
