Le Comité sectoriel de main-d'oeuvre de l'industrie des mines, aussi connu sous Explore les mines.com, est un organisme sans but lucratif, dont la mission est d’être un centre de réflexion, de concertation et d’action visant à équilibrer l’offre et la demande de main-d’œuvre compétente pour contribuer à la viabilité et au développement de l’industrie des mines. Il concentre ses actions dans la promotion des métiers et carrières du secteur, dans le développement des compétences de la main d’œuvre en emploi et dans l’amélioration des pratiques de gestion des ressources humaines.
