Entry Level Sales Assistant — Convertiqq Vancouver, BC | Full-Time | Immediate Start | $3,995 – $4,775/month Convertiqq helps brands grow through strategic customer acquisition, brand promotion, and high-performance sales systems. We're looking for an Entry Level Sales Assistant to join our team — no previous sales experience required. If you're outgoing, reliable, and ready to learn, we'll teach you the rest. This is a hands-on, in-person role working at retail stores, pop-up events, and brand activations across the Vancouver area — no phone calls, no online sales. You'll be out talking to real customers from day one, with full training and ongoing coaching to help you build genuine, transferable skills. What you'll be doing Engaging customers face-to-face at retail locations, pop-ups, and activation events Learning how to introduce products, answer questions, and guide customers toward a sale Helping set up and maintain an engaging, professional stand or display Working alongside experienced team members and team leads who'll show you the ropes Tracking basic sales activity and customer feedback during shifts Taking part in structured training to build your confidence and ability over time Skills you'll build (no experience needed to start): Communication skills — talking clearly and confidently with people you've just met Sales fundamentals — how to open a conversation, handle questions, and close a sale Customer service — making every customer interaction a positive one Confidence and presentation — representing a brand professionally Teamwork — working well with others to hit shared shift and event goals Time management — staying on top of tasks during busy shifts Resilience and adaptability — staying motivated even when a conversation doesn't go your way Problem-solving — thinking on your feet in a live, fast-moving environment Who this is for Anyone starting out and looking for a real foot in the door — students, recent grads, career-changers, or anyone who's people-focused and wants to build sales experience without needing a résumé full of sales jobs already on it. What matters most is a good attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn. The details Full-time, on-site — no phone-based or online work. Pay is $3,995–$4,775/month, with an immediate start available. Based out of Vancouver, working across retail locations and event/activation sites in the area. Ready to start?
