Fabricate and repair aluminum structures and equipment using advanced welding techniques and equipment. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Work outdoors in various weather conditions and temperature ranges. Perform on-site fabrication and repair of structures and equipment as required. Mentor and provide guidance to junior welders, fostering their development and ensuring adherence to best practices. Assist in the assembly and disassembly of fleet equipment for orders. Qualifications And Requirements What You’ll Bring to the Team Extensive experience in structural fitting and welding, with a focus on aluminum. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in welding aluminum and steel. Valid Class G driver’s license. Certifications in SMAW, GMAW, and/or FCAW are highly desirable. CWB certification for all positions and/or welding supervisor is a strong asset. Experience with rigging is an asset. Strong customer orientation, a willingness to learn, and excellent problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines. Availability to work overtime as needed. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders. The welder is responsible for fabricating and repairing aluminum and steel structures and equipment based on engineered drawings. They must maintain a safe work environment and provide guidance and mentoring to junior welders.

Applicants need at least 5 years of experience in aluminum and steel welding and a valid Class G driver's license. CWB certification and proficiency in SMAW, GMAW, or FCAW are highly desirable.
