Senior Accountant

Our client is a fully integrated real estate development firm, active across all stages of the development life-cycle. Specializing in state-of-the-art condominium and purpose-built rental communities located near major hubs in the Greater Toronto Area, they are recognized as one of Canada’s fastest-growing companies and one of the largest developers in Toronto. The Senior Accountant role is a unique opportunity to move beyond traditional accounting and become a key player in delivering landmark projects that redefine Toronto's skyline. As part of a growing development pipeline, you'll gain exposure to projects at every stage of the development lifecycle, in one of the most dynamic sectors of real estate. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Accounting & Finance, you will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting project execution, and driving strong cost-control practices across multiple active developments. The successful candidate will be CPA designated and have 3 plus years of experience in finance and accounting within a firm, or related industry. Real estate experience is an asset, but not mandatory. Located in the downtown core, the company offers a progressive environment and a highly collaborative and energized culture.

The role involves maintaining financial accuracy and supporting project execution across multiple active real estate developments. The candidate will also drive strong cost-control practices throughout the development life-cycle.

Candidates must be CPA designated with over 3 years of experience in finance and accounting. Experience in the real estate industry is considered an asset but is not mandatory.
