Summary of Position: The Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operation of the store. This person is accountable for leading the retail team in providing COWS World Class Service to our customers. *Duties Include (but are not limited to):* · Demonstrate exceptional COW WOW service and coach junior staff in their customer service skills · Greeting and serving customers and going above and beyond in answering questions and providing recommendations or sharing knowledge · Supervise staff and ensure that tasks are completed to a high standard · Restocking merchandise, according to COWS store merchandising standards, ensuring the store looks full and visually appealing · Train staff in job duties, selling techniques and about COWS products, policies and procedures · Problem solve when customer or staff concerns arise · Opening and closing the store · Preparing daily cash reconciliations and bank deposits · Being knowledgeable using the POS system to accurately process transactions · Having a keen awareness of product knowledge and determining customers? needs · Working collaboratively with teammates to complete daily objectives · Maintain the fresh, clean atmosphere of the store *Qualifications:* · Is energized by customer interactions · Has strong verbal and communication skills · Has the ability to build a relationship with the customers and staff · Has a team oriented personality · Has a competitive spirit and a desire to sell · Has efficient and creative problem solving skills · Has a sense of humor *Physical Requirements:* · Repetitive tasks, specifically in the wrists · Bending, lifting up to 30 lbs. · Standing for the duration of the shift Pay: From $18.35 per hour Benefits: * Casual dress * Employee assistance program * Store discount Work Location: In person
