The member service advisor is responsible for greeting members with energy, answering inquiries in person and over the phone, and managing membership transactions. They also ensure the club remains clean and organized while providing a positive and inclusive environment. Candidates must have a high school diploma, experience in customer service or sales, and a flexible schedule between 8 AM and 9 PM. A CPR/AED certification is also required or must be in the process of being obtained.
