We are looking for a talented District Sales Manager - Western Canada to join our team specializing in sales for our Cummins’ business in Edmonton, AB, Canada. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: * Business Insight: You will translate marketplace trends into actionable strategies that sharpen competitive positioning and accelerate organizational growth. * Communicates Effectively: You will tailor messaging across audiences—technical, commercial, and executive—ensuring clarity, alignment, and momentum behind key initiatives. * Customer Focus: You will build trust-based relationships and deliver solutions that directly address customer priorities, increasing loyalty and long‑term revenue. * Articulating Value Proposition: You will demonstrate how products and services uniquely solve customer problems, differentiating the organization in competitive selling situations. * Channel Awareness: You will navigate and influence the channel ecosystem, ensuring partners are aligned, informed, and positioned to drive market penetration. * Pricing Strategy: You will shape pricing decisions by uniting cross‑functional stakeholders around data‑driven recommendations that protect margins and meet business targets. * Negotiations Excellence: You will lead structured, value‑based negotiations that secure favorable terms while maintaining strong, collaborative customer relationships. * Account Planning: You will define clear objectives, track progress, and guide execution to ensure accounts advance toward strategic, financial, and operational goals.
