We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and support all HR functions within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment located near Cobourg, ON. Pay - $100-$120K Key Responsibilities Manage all day-to-day human resources activities for the manufacturing facility. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives for hourly and salaried employees. Provide guidance and support on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters. Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and health & safety regulations. Support performance management, succession planning, and employee development programs. Partner with department managers to address workforce planning and staffing requirements. Coordinate training programs and maintain employee training records. Manage compensation, benefits administration, and payroll-related HR activities. Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and employee engagement initiatives. Prepare HR reports, metrics, and recommendations for senior management. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workforce productivity and employee satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. CHRP, CHRL, or equivalent HR designation is considered an asset. 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within automotive or manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of employment standards, labor relations, and workplace legislation. Experience supporting unionized and/or non-unionized workforces. Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
