Our company has clients throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico that we provide with continuous training and support. Description The purpose of the Regional Client Manager position is to maintain a productive business relationship with all clients in your designated region. The key objective is to provide field support and client management service to ensure that clients understand the value of, and maximum benefits from, the use of our products and services. The Regional Client Manager will work to maintain high client satisfaction and retention levels among all clients in their region. Primary Responsibilities Provide primary field support for assigned clients. Develop a deep business partner relationship with the client. Schedule regular meetings with clients to review performance, share best practices, and additional products and services. Review client performance reports and progress on regular intervals. Ensure high client satisfaction and retention. Provide support for products and services. Identify opportunities to upsell existing clients on additional products and services. Responsible for the training and support for all clients in assigned region. Collaborate with respective internally based resources to provide support for custom programs or business initiatives. Share best practices and success stories with internal teams. Required Skills And Experience Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience, in the auto industry particularly, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong presentation and up selling skills. Consultative skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional relationship management skills, including the ability to work quickly and effectively with a variety of client personality types while achieving business results. Professional temperament to manage a wide variety of client situations successfully. Computer skills including MS Windows and Office Suite. High ethical standards, honesty and confidentiality.
