Ski & Winter Gear Technical Support: Provide hands-on assistance with boot fitting, ski selections, bindings, and technical winter gear setup. Checkout Operations: Handle transactions efficiently and warmly at the register. Member Engagement: Promote the benefits of becoming a Decathlon member. Personal Development: Participate in ongoing training classes and embrace open feedback to continuously sharpen your skills. What We’re Looking For Skiing Experience: Direct experience with downhill, backcountry, and/or cross-country (XC) skiing. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of ski construction, bindings, winter apparel, and proper boot-fitting techniques. Ski Shop Experience: Previous experience working in a ski or outdoor retail shop is considered a strong asset. Customer Focus: A passion for helping fellow skiers and outdoor enthusiasts find the right equipment.
