The analyst will define business requirements, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and support project planning. They will also provide user training and troubleshooting while collaborating with a dedicated team on POS and ERP systems. Candidates must have over 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst and a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent. Proficiency in retail systems, ERP architecture, and bilingualism in French and English are required.
