The IT Manager will lead a team of Business Analysts and Scrum Masters while overseeing data initiatives and Agile implementation. They will act as the primary point of escalation for project issues and standardize business analysis and Agile management practices. Candidates must have over 8 years of experience in business analysis and Agile project delivery, along with at least 3 years in a leadership role. A bachelor's degree in information systems or data analytics is required, and bilingualism in French and English is mandatory.
