Responsibilities Tasks Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards Prepare budget and cost estimates Address customers' complaints or concerns Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage Prepare and submit reports Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys Establish work schedules Supervision 5-10 people 11-15 people Benefits Health benefits Dental plan Health care plan Vision care benefits

Supervise and coordinate staff activities regarding food preparation, portioning, and delivery. Manage operational tasks including budgeting, stock records, and addressing customer complaints.

Requires a college or CEGEP education and between 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Must be proficient in English and capable of supervising teams of 5 to 15 people.
