Responsibilities Tasks Establish methods to meet work schedules Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards Prepare budget and cost estimates Address customers' complaints or concerns Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage Prepare and submit reports Establish work schedules Benefits Health benefits Dental plan Health care plan Vision care benefits

Supervise and coordinate staff activities regarding food preparation, portioning, and quality control. Manage operational tasks including budgeting, scheduling, inventory records, and addressing customer concerns.

Requires a college or CEGEP education and between 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English is required for this on-site role.
