Monitor and triage the overnight queue to provide immediate clinical contact for members experiencing mental health crises or support needs. Coordinate emergency escalations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe care trajectories and continuity of care. Requires a bachelor's degree in mental health or human relations and at least 2 years of intervention experience with mental health clients. Must be bilingual in English and French and available to work night shifts, including recurring weekends.
