Travel Designers (Full Time) As a Canada and Alaska Travel Designer, you will play a crucial role in curating and coordinating unique travel experiences that showcase the natural beauty, culture, and adventure opportunities of these two exceptional destinations. Working closely with clients, you will design personalized itineraries tailored to their preferences and desires, ensuring every journey is remarkable. Due to exceptional growth we have several positions to fill. Key Responsibilities: Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget constraints. Itinerary Design: Craft custom itineraries that include accommodation, transportation, activities, and dining based on clients’ preferences and available resources. Destination Expertise: Stay up-to-date on the latest attractions, accommodations, and experiences in Canada and Alaska to provide relevant and current recommendations. Logistics Coordination: Manage all aspects of the itinerary, including flights, transportation, reservations, and activities, ensuring a seamless travel experience. Budget Management: Work within clients' budgets to create exceptional and memorable travel experiences. Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality services for clients. Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the journey, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Safety and Compliance: Stay informed about travel regulations, health protocols, and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of clients. Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Collect post-trip feedback from clients and use it to enhance services and offerings. Qualifications: Experience in travel consulting, itinerary planning, or a related customer service role. In-depth knowledge of Canada and Alaska, including popular destinations, activities, and cultural aspects. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency with travel planning software and tools. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. A passion for travel and a dedication to providing extraordinary experiences.
