Manage day-to-day labor relations by advising managers on collective agreements, policies, and HR practices, and provide guidance on human resources and workplace issues. Lead occupational health and safety activities, including facilitating the safety committee, implementing prevention tools, maintaining the action plan, coordinating training, and following up with prevention mutuals.
