À propos

In Canada, DWF Group have offices in Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary and Montreal and operate both legal services and business services for clients. DWF's Claims Management and Adjusting teams operate in Toronto and also Vancouver, following our acquisition of Barnescraig Associates in Vancouver in 2021. These teams specialise in providing clients with the proactive resolution of claims emanating from professional liability, general liability, property, motor & auto liability, directors & officers, legal expenses, financial institutions and contractors all risks. Serving both the national Canadian market and London Market clients. In December 2022, DWF entered the Canadian legal market via our transaction with Whitelaw Twining Law Corporation, a leading full-service litigation law firm headquartered in Vancouver, with an additional office in Calgary. The team here specialise in insurance, commercial litigation, construction, personal injury and broader alternative dispute resolution services, having long-term relationships with local, national and international clients developed over more than 40 years. Together these comprise a further step in DWF's North American strategy, as we develop our integrated legal and business services offering in Canada, which will also align with our Group's existing Legal Operations and claims operations in Chicago. In January 2025 we were delighted to announce the opening of our Montreal Office. This strategic expansion marks our fourth Canadian location, alongside Vancouver, Calgary, and Toronto, creating a robust insurance services offering.
