Résumé du poste

Description & Requirements Electronic Arts creates next-level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. Here, everyone is part of the story. Part of a community that connects across the globe. A place where creativity thrives, new perspectives are invited, and ideas matter. A team where everyone makes play happen. Senior Lead Product Manager - EA SPORTS™ FC EA SPORTS is one of the most iconic brands in entertainment, connecting hundreds of millions of players around the world to the sports they love through a portfolio of industry-leading video games. EA SPORTS FC represents the future of interactive football, bringing together a global community of players across an evolving ecosystem of experiences. As we continue to expand the scope and ambition of FC, our Product Management team plays a critical role in understanding our players, shaping product strategy, and helping teams make the decisions that move the franchise forward. We are looking for a Senior Lead Product Manager to take on some of the most complex and strategically important product challenges across EA SPORTS FC. This role combines senior product leadership, analytical thinking, and deep cross-functional collaboration. You will help shape live service strategy, influence feature roadmaps across major FC experiences, and ensure that player behavior and product performance are translated into clear, actionable decisions. You will work closely with teams across Product, Design, Development, Analytics, Commercial, Finance, and senior leadership. In many cases, you will influence strategies and roadmaps that are owned by partner teams rather than directly by you, making the ability to build trust, develop strong product perspectives, and influence without authority essential to success. This is a role for someone who can operate at multiple altitudes. You will help establish strategic direction and hold the broader product vision while remaining close enough to the work to interrogate data, build models, develop strategies and business cases, and solve difficult problems directly when needed. You will also provide leadership and mentorship to other Product Managers, helping translate broader strategy into clear direction and raising the quality of product decision making across the team. This role is based in Vancouver, Canada. We operate in a required, hybrid or fully in office work model. Relocation support is available. Your Responsibilities Lead product strategy across complex and high-impact areas of EA SPORTS FC, translating player needs, business goals, and franchise priorities into clear strategic direction. Partner closely with teams across major FC experiences, including Career and Grounds, to shape live service strategy and influence feature roadmaps, priorities, and investment decisions. Build deep understanding of player behavior and product performance, using quantitative and qualitative insights to identify opportunities, diagnose problems, and inform product decisions. Interrogate data and analytical methodologies, working closely with Analytics and Data partners to ensure conclusions are robust, appropriately contextualized, and actionable. Develop and communicate trusted performance narratives for senior leadership, connecting player behavior, product decisions, business outcomes, risks, and emerging opportunities. Lead or support forecasting, opportunity sizing, scenario modeling, and feature impact assessment to inform product and investment decisions. Create compelling product strategies, business cases, and recommendations that turn complex information into clear choices for senior stakeholders. Define measurement approaches for features and live service initiatives, including KPIs, experimentation strategies, testing plans, and post-launch evaluation. Identify and develop high-value problem and opportunity spaces, helping teams prioritize where product investment can have the greatest player and franchise impact. Influence senior stakeholders and partner teams without direct authority, building alignment across competing perspectives, priorities, and organizational boundaries. Build strong partnerships across Product, Design, Development, Analytics, Commercial, Finance, and other teams throughout the FC organization. Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and product leadership to other Product Managers, helping teams translate broader vision into focused execution. Represent the Product Management perspective in senior cross-functional conversations and act as a trusted partner during complex, ambiguous, or fast-moving situations. Help evolve the practices, frameworks, and ways of working that allow the FC Product Management team to operate effectively as its scope and influence continue to grow. Your Qualifications Deep familiarity with EA SPORTS FC, football games, or the broader football ecosystem is highly desirable. Candidates with a strong understanding of the FC franchise, its players, modes, and community will be particularly well positioned to succeed in this role. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Product Management or closely related product disciplines, with demonstrated experience operating at a senior level on complex consumer products. Strong product leadership skills, with experience setting strategic direction, navigating ambiguity, and solving problems that span multiple teams or product areas. Strong analytical capabilities, including experience interpreting product telemetry, challenging analytical assumptions, working with dashboards and models, and translating data into product decisions. Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams without direct authority, particularly where priorities, incentives, or perspectives may differ. Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills, with experience turning complex product, player, and business information into clear recommendations. Experience developing product strategies, business cases, opportunity sizing, forecasts, or similar analyses used to support significant product decisions. Experience working closely with Analytics, Data Science, Design, Development, Commercial, Finance, or similar partner functions. Ability to operate effectively as both a strategic leader and a hands-on contributor, moving comfortably between high-level direction and detailed problem solving. Experience providing leadership, mentorship, or strategic direction to other Product Managers or cross-functional teams. Experience with live services, gaming, sports, entertainment, or other large-scale consumer digital products is strongly preferred. A passion for games and an understanding of what creates compelling, long-term player experiences is strongly preferred.
