Mississauga, Ontario
Eclipse Advantage, founded in 2003, delivers customized workforce solutions that boost productivity, accountability, and visibility without increasing labor costs. We offer turnkey labor programs through two proven models: Cost-Per-Unit Productivity Pay and On-site Hourly Staffing, along with highly flexible Travel Teams that mobilize where and when they’re needed most. With a network of over 20,000 associates we call “Industrial Athletes,” we provide on-site human capital solutions to logistics and supply chain operations across the U.S. and Canada. But we're more than a staffing provider. At Eclipse Advantage, we unite supply chains and the people who power them, delivering innovative solutions for our customers while creating meaningful work for thousands. We believe in shared wins, bold thinking, and doing the right thing, always. We act with urgency, lead with integrity, and empower our teams to raise the bar every day. That’s how we build partnerships that last and performance that speaks for itself.
