Responsibilities Tasks Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage Supervise and check assembly of trays Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys

Supervise and coordinate staff activities regarding food preparation, portioning, and delivery. Ensure quality control standards are met while maintaining records of stock, sales, and wastage.

Requires a secondary school graduation certificate and between 7 months to 1 year of experience. Proficiency in English is required.
