Respond to customer service calls and install, maintain, repair, configure, and commission traffic and automated parking systems. Diagnose technical issues, provide on-site and remote support, repair equipment in the workshop when needed, train customers, and participate in an on-call rotation.

Prepare and carefully assemble parts, weld, paint, and package products according to quality standards. Read and follow plans for special projects, maintain equipment and the work area, and contribute to production operations.
