The supervisor is responsible for implementing building projects from contract award to final delivery, including managing technical teams and ensuring health and safety compliance. They oversee the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems and building equipment while maintaining strong client relationships and managing departmental budgets. Candidates must have a DEC in building mechanics or equivalent, with at least five years of experience in building equipment maintenance and two years in a leadership role. Proficiency in French and advanced English is required, along with the ability to pass a security reliability screening.
