How You'll Support Our Mission ESO is looking for a high energy, results oriented SDR to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to quickly identify influencers and key decision-makers within current and prospective hospital accounts. The ideal candidate will be able to successfully research, qualify, and nurture leads in partnership with our Account Executives. What You'll Be Doing - the day to day Heavily prospect to build and maintain a pipeline of quality leads Partner with Regional Account Executives to cultivate new business opportunities Learn the sales process at ESO; work to understand the sales cycle from beginning to end Coordinate calls and meetings between qualified leads and the Account Executive Crushing monthly quota and productivity goals Who You Are - the essentials A naturally high achiever with a focus on hitting and exceeding goals Open to feedback, genuinely curious and constantly looking for ways to learn & improve Strong capacity to articulate industry-specific value proposition to address common pain points Must be resilient, need to be ok with hearing "no" and driving forward Team player with a "win together" mindset Who You Are - the desirables At least 3 years of previous experience in B2B prospecting and lead generation Familiar with salesforce.com, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator Documented track record of success and achieving goals Great conversationalist who can build credibility and rapport quickly with strangers Strong desire to grow within the organization and elevate your position About ESO ESO is a fast-paced, growing data, technology, and research company passionate about improving community health and safety through the power of data.
