Job Description After a day of turning moments into memories for our guests, Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise colleagues head on over to our exclusive staff pub, Stables, to relax with friends, enjoy wholesome food and join in on fun social events like Karaoke, Trivia and Bingo. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll be instrumental in creating a welcoming, friendly space where our dedicated team members can relax and connect. Pay Rate: $20.05/hour Start Date: September 2026 Contract Type: Permanent Job Duties Include Take orders accurately in person and over the phone. Deliver food and beverage in a prompt and professional manner. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of all menu offerings and beverage selections to support guest choices. Restock shelves with grocery and retail items as needed. Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock to supervisors. Rotate products to ensure freshness and maintain organized displays. Maintain cleanliness of the food service and dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for use. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or retail preferred. Alberta ProServe certification required. Experience in cash handling and use of a POS (eg. Micros) an asset Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items and standing for long periods. You may be required to work on holidays, weekends, overnights and other non-day shifts.
