What You Will Be Doing Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service Take initiative to add a personalized experience Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Previous experience in Housekeeping within a hotel environment Prior supervisory or leadership experience is an asset Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness and service Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Additional Information Your Team And Working Environment At Fairmont Pacific Rim, we are committed to creating an engaging and supportive workplace where colleagues feel valued and inspired.
