What You Will Be Doing Perform 30, 45, 60, 75 and 90 minute massages while accommodating guest’s needs and creating individualized experiences Drive and dedication towards the common goal of Forbes 5 star rating Conduct guest consultations to assess needs, medical history, and treatment goals Develop and deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to each guest Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation as required by regulatory standards Ensure treatment rooms are properly prepared, sanitized, and stocked before and after each service Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and guest confidentiality Provide a welcoming and professional environment that promotes relaxation and wellbeing Recommend spa services and retail products that support guest wellness goals Collaborate with spa colleagues to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient daily operations Maintain professional licensing and continuing education requirements Follow all spa policies, procedures, and brand standards Work collaboratively with spa colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest service Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Your experience and skills include: All professional licenses including CMTBC and first aid must be current Previous experience as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and in a spa are assets Valid liability insurance as required for practice Previous experience in a luxury spa or hospitality environment is an asset Strong knowledge of therapeutic massage techniques and body mechanics Excellent communication and guest service skills Professional, compassionate, and wellness-focused approach to guest care Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Additional Information Your Team And Working Environment You’ll be part of a passionate, skilled, and wellness-focused team dedicated to creating meaningful, restorative experiences.
