What You Will Do This role works in partnership with the facilities and security team. The incumbent will assist and, in some cases, manage the day-to-day running of various facilities activities, including handling work orders, meeting event coordination (including setup and teardown), handling café and lunch spaces through restocking and distributing supplies. The incumbent is a self-starter, who can prioritize work and ensure that work is performed, while delivering a high customer service experience to internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities Assist with addressing client concerns/issues using the work order system. Backup for Team Members - Facilities Coordinator. Work with landlord and other internal stakeholders to coordinate building services and adhere to building rules and regulations. Meeting event coordination and café cleanup. Stock and distribute supplies inventory as required. Furniture setup for meetings and external events/basic furniture & equipment installation. What We’re Looking For Secondary school graduation or equivalent work experience required 3 months of work experience What You Will Bring Team player Proven customer service skills Comfortable with technology Ability to be proactive Comfortable with escalation Ability to organize time and prioritize work Excellent verbal communication skills Ability to work well under pressure Ability to lift 50lbs without any assistance Nice to have Previous job or volunteer experience as a day porter or similar facilities role.
