Flynn is the Leading Building Envelope Commercial Contractor in North America, with 6000+ employees and 38 branches. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a growing organization that provides a People and Safety-focused Culture. \n A Day In The Life Verifies job specifications, material list, and shop drawings with estimate to gather and provide the client the following submittals for approval: MSDS & Product Data, LEED Package (if specified) Material & Colour Samples, QAQC Plan, Project Schedule Prepares and issue Purchase Order materials collaboration with Project Manager. Reviews and process suppliers’ invoices. Orders materials and supplies as per job requirements, ensures necessary equipment is available and operational onsite, and coordinates logistics including scheduling of fleet trucks and in-house crane operations Coordinates the logistics and movement of all materials, rentals and equipment for multiple projects simultaneously Tracks status of all purchased goods (delivery dates, issues/risks, etc.) and reports to Project Managers, Superintendents and Foremen. Issues warranties applications, close-out documents, subcontracts High volume file management, maintains physical and electronic files ensuring files are complete, all authorizations and information is present for work completed Communicates and notifies Consultants and Manufacturing agents on daily basis regarding current job status Generates Flynn Store tickets for Superintendent and Foremen Provides support to Superintendents, PMs, Foreman, on daily basis with requests as required via company cell phone Other administrative duties, as required What We Are Seeking Prior administration or coordination experience in construction or safety is an asset Experience working in the commercial roofing industry is an asset Proficiency in MS office package, including MS Project Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a team environment Ability to read plans and specifications What We Offer RRSP matching Company events Dental care Extended health care Vision care On-site parking \n $55,000 - $65,000 a year \n #LI-AA1 Flynn Group of Companies is the leading trade contractor in North America that works on virtually every aspect of a building’s outer layer, including Roofing, Glazing, Waterproofing, and Architectural Metals.
