Our REGINA BRANCH has an exciting opportunity for an INVENTORY SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join our team! What You Will Do: The Inventory Support Specialist monitors branch inventory and ensure the branch is properly stocked to meet market demands. You will work with your team members to deliver a high-quality customer experience that exceeds customer expectations through the following tasks: Investigate daily stock reports and adjust as required Monitor stock levels relating to special orders, replacements, or obsolete SKUs. Maintain reports related to customer-specific SKUs and establish base inventory numbers. Review scheduled returns of unsold merchandise to vendors Perform scheduled cycle counts Assist the Parts Department with order shortages. Review and track outstanding branch-to-branch stock transfers. Process fillable backorder invoices. What We Require: 2-3 years prior experience in supply chain management, logistics, warehousing or purchasing is preferred. Prior knowledge of truck, trailer, and agricultural parts identification is preferred Prior experience with sourcing parts from digital and hard catalogues is preferred Must be able to meet the physical requirements: Able to lift parts upwards of 20 lbs, use ladders at varying heights, frequent walking in a large warehouse Must have open availability Proficient with Microsoft Office and other standard office equipment Excellent customer service skills Strong communication skills, including both written and verbal Team-oriented, adaptable, with a commitment to safety excellence What We Offer: Competitive Wages -PLUS Yearly bonus!
