About the Role At Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler, our Ski Concierge team plays a vital role in creating thoughtful, memorable guest experiences. As a Seasonal Full Time Ski Concierge, you will assist guests with their ski and snowboard gear before and after a day on the mountain. This role is suitable to someone who performs well in a fast-pace setting and is dedicated to guest experiences. What You’ll Do Deliver exceptional guest service by assisting with ski and snowboard equipment, including fitting and transporting gear. Provide personalized recommendations for ski runs, mountain dining, and resort experiences to enhance the guest's stay. Coordinate daily with Whistler Blackcomb to manage rental equipment logistics and maintain a seamless workspace experience. Transport guest ski and snowboard equipment between the resort and the Ski Concierge building at the base of Blackcomb Mountain. Maintain a professional and friendly outdoor presence, embodying the spirit of mountain hospitality. What You’ll Bring Experience skiing or snowboarding Previous hospitality, retail and/or customer service experience Must hold a clean BC Driver’s license Must have excellent verbal and written skills Multilingualism is an asset Valid work authorization for Canada.
