Join Our Adventure as a Service Advisor! Are you passionate about RVs and providing exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a Service Advisor to join our team and be the bridge between our valued customers and top-tier RV service! What You'll Do: As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers seeking service, maintenance, and repair for their RVs, ensuring they receive top-notch service from start to finish. Your key responsibilities include: * Greeting customers and understanding their service needs. * Scheduling and coordinating service appointments using our Appointment Scheduler. * Creating and managing work orders, ensuring clarity and accuracy for our technicians. * Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process and providing timely updates. * Collaborating with technicians and warranty advisors to ensure seamless service delivery. * Performing quality control checks to uphold our high standards. * Providing estimates and discussing service options with customers. * Closing work orders promptly and ensuring accurate billing. What We're Looking For: While experience in the RV or automotive industry is a plus, we value skills and personality above all. We're looking for someone who: * Has exceptional communication and customer service skills. * Is highly organized and can manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Demonstrates problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach. * Works well under pressure and maintains a positive, professional attitude. * Is empathetic and can handle customer concerns with tact and diplomacy. * Has strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns. * A collaborative spirit and willingness to work alongside technicians and fellow service advisors. * Has basic computer skills and is comfortable with data entry and scheduling software. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent life experience. * Experience in customer service or a sales environment (1+ year preferred). * Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation to work. * A strong desire to learn and grow within the RV service industry. Working Conditions: * Flexibility to work various shifts, including Saturdays and overtime as needed. * Physical requirements include standing, bending, and occasional lifting.
