Assistant Store Manager

Freshslice Pizza is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager in Hamilton. The ideal candidate will: Have at least two (2) years of restaurant (preferably pizza) management experience Have consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills Understand that “good teamwork” increases the success, and aspire to make the people around them better than they are Be committed to operational and training systems Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Possess strong supervisory and organizational skills Be able to interact easily with diverse employees Be knowledgeable of and can use a PC and MS Office Suite proficiently Ability to handle cash register and sales transactions for customer orders Hands-on experience in making pizzas and understanding of menu items & guidelines, inventory/stock, prepping, cleaning, and sampling is a plus.

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations and leading the team to ensure success. Key duties include managing sales transactions, maintaining inventory, and ensuring high standards of food preparation and cleanliness.

Candidates must have at least two years of restaurant management experience and strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to handle cash transactions are required, while pizza-making experience is a plus.
