Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vancouver, BC, responsible for overseeing daily operations of a Freshslice Pizza location. This position manages staff scheduling, training, and performance to ensure consistent, friendly, and efficient guest service. The Store Manager monitors product quality, food safety standards, inventory levels, and ordering to maintain freshness and reduce waste. In addition, the role includes handling cash management, basic reporting, and adherence to company policies and operational procedures. The Store Manager also supports local marketing initiatives, fosters a positive team culture, and ensures the store meets sales and profitability goals. Qualifications Experience in retail or restaurant management, with skills in leadership, team supervision, and coaching. Operational skills in inventory management, cash handling, scheduling, and basic reporting. Strong customer service, communication, and conflict resolution abilities. Knowledge of food safety, cleanliness standards, and health and safety regulations. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and to perform hands-on duties in a fast-paced environment. Previous quick-service or pizza industry experience is an asset, along with familiarity with POS systems. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
