Diligent and trustworthy, she ensures the comfort and well-being of our guests through the housekeeping of our rooms, taking care to meet the highest standards of cleanliness. Whether working alone or as part of a team, he/she is able to keep up with the pace, and is always ready to offer a helping hand when the need arises. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Maintain and clean the spa with respect and care. * Ensure that everything's clean and prepare in accordance with established standards of cleanliness and presentation. * Coordinate and communicate effectively with other departments, such as housekeeping supervisors, front desk and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. * Respond with care and attention to guests' requests and contribute, through your individuality and creativity, to constantly improving their experience. WHAT YOU'LL BRING * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous experience as a room attendant, housekeeper or in a similar role is an asset * Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately * Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting and standing for long periods * Respect for privacy, discretion, sharp eye and very high attention to detail * Flexibility to work as part of a team, including weekends and public holidays WHAT WE OFFER * Passionate about travel?
