Job Overview: Under the general supervision of the Team Lead/Production Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for: Responsibility & Accountability Shift: Afternoon (3 PM - 11 PM) Responsible for taking care of equipment being used Reports any and all equipment malfunctions immediately to Team Lead/Production Supervisor Performing all GPW duties as assigned by Team Lead/Production Supervisor Responsible for maintaining work area and ensuring the work area is clean and free of hazards Accountable for the safe operation of equipment Reports any line malfunctions or damages immediately to either Team Lead or Production Supervisor Reports any food safety (hazardous) to the Team Lead/Production Supervisor and QA for Corrective Action Responsible for the product quality and reporting any quality issues· Ensures that the Health & Safety procedures are being followed at all times The Recipe for Success: High School or equivalent Workplace English- Oral and written Specifically follows standard operating procedures for Health and Safety Sharp hand eye/hand dexterity Must be able to lift 10 kgs A few extra ingredients: Knowledge of equipment and lines within a baking facility an asset.
