The building maintenance technician is responsible for performing manual repairs, including painting, carpentry, and concrete work across various locations. They also manage inventory, coordinate maintenance tickets, and ensure the interior and exterior of buildings are well-maintained. Candidates must hold a relevant vocational diploma (DEP) and possess at least three years of experience in building maintenance. A valid driver's license is required, along with the ability to travel throughout Quebec and maintain a flexible schedule.
