Reporting to the Senior Quality Manager, the incumbent will play a critical role in ensuring that construction activities are executed in accordance with project specifications, applicable codes, client requirements, and Graham's Quality Management System. You will partner closely with project teams, trade partners, consultants, and clients to promote quality excellence across all phases of construction and serve as a trusted quality resource on site, helping identify risks early, resolve issues proactively, and foster a culture of accountability, quality, and safety throughout project execution This is a temporary shutdown assignment located outside of Saskatoon, offering a straight work schedule and expected to continue through the end of September 2026. Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site Develop and manage Project Quality Plans and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) to ensure compliance with project and quality requirements. Lead quality inspections and testing activities throughout construction to verify compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, and quality requirements Perform and document quality inspections on welding, piping systems, structural steel, and mechanical equipment, ensuring adherence to codes, specifications, and WPS requirements. Coordinate and oversee welding activities and NDE (Non-Destructive Examination), including weld tracking, mapping, and verification of materials through MTR reviews. Manage quality documentation, including non-conformance reports (NCRs), pressure test packages, turnover packages, and subcontractor quality audits. Ensure project readiness and compliance by verifying trade certifications, permits, testing activities, and conducting final client walkdowns and project turnover. The Right Tools for the Job Education & Experience: Post-secondary education, trade certification (min CWB Level 1), 5+years of experience in a Project Quality Inspector role or similar Technical Skills: Knowledge of quality management systems, inspections, and construction codes. Experience with PSQPs, ITPs, testing, and quality documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality tracking systems Core Competency: Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
