Duties and Responsibilities Perform residential cleaning services, including standard cleans, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out cleansPerform turnover cleans for short-term rental properties between guest stays, ensuring properties are guest-readyFollow company cleaning checklists and quality standards on every jobCommunicate professionally with clients and team membersReport any issues, damages, or concerns to management promptlyMaintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times Requirements Must be legally entitled to work in CanadaMust be able to provide a clear, up-to-date criminal record checkReliable transportation to job sites in and around ReginaAble to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and time management skillsComfortable working with quick turnaround times, especially for short-term rental cleansPrevious cleaning experience an asset but not required training provided Casual hours, with shifts varying based on client bookings. Flexibility and availability preferred but not mandatory.
