Founded by Charles Ruggieri in 1988, the family-owned Groupe Batipart invests and develops projects in the real estate, hotel and tourism sectors in Europe, Africa and North America. Groupe Batipart's assets under management represent €4 billion. In Europe, Groupe Batipart is present in 7 countries - Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland, and Luxembourg. Its European assets represent €3.5 billion under management. In Africa, Batipart is a hotel operator and investor, with more than 20 hotels owned and managed in more than 15 countries. In North America, Batipart is a real estate investor and operator in Canada and the United States, notably in partnership with and through Cogir. The fiscalist will manage tax structuring for North American investments, acquisitions, and reorganizations while ensuring compliance with Canadian and US tax regulations. They will also provide internal tax advisory services to operational and financial teams while coordinating with external legal and tax advisors.
