Over the years, Concerti has developed extensive expertise in EPICOR products and is now recognized in the market as a leading firm for business process optimization projects leveraging emerging technologies. What we are looking for The Marketing Director defines Concerti’s strategy by aligning initiatives with the priorities of the sales team. They also lead the development of a pipeline of qualified opportunities aligned with Concerti’s growth objectives. Responsible for marketing performance, this person acts as a true growth driver by orchestrating execution through their team. The position is available in a hybrid work arrangement in Quebec or as a remote role based out of our Calgary office, depending on the location of the retained candidate. Job description Lead generation and management of telemarketing expertise: Define and conduct lead-generation strategies (Outbound, Inbound, Events). Participate in industry trade shows and networking activities in support of our sales representatives. Implement and optimize the marketing calendar. Ensure the quality of leads passed on to the sales team. Optimize acquisition cost and revenue contribution. Implement a data-driven marketing approach based on results and continuous growth management (Define value-added KPIs, Performance dashboards and ROI, Lead attribution). Define and lead Concerti’s marketing strategy and positioning: Define the positioning of Concerti’s and Epicor’s various products and services (Kinetic and Prophet 21). Identify and develop the marketing strategy for all of Canada and its various provinces and territories (different target sectors, industries, company sizes, etc.) Develop the annual marketing plan (budget, strategy, initiatives, etc.) Responsible for KNA marketing initiatives (new sales) and ADD-ON initiatives (sales to our existing clients). Ensure alignment between marketing and sales. Oversee national marketing initiatives. Support and develop Concerti’s brand image and ensure outstanding visual quality (Promotional materials, Website). Manage the relationship with Epicor’s strategic marketing partners. Manage the marketing team and structure operations: Supervise and develop the marketing and telemarketing team by structuring practices, tools, and recruitment processes. Ensure initiative prioritization and respect marketing calendar deliverables. Select the right marketing automation tool. Oversee deliverables (campaigns, content, CRM, events). Define and monitor clear performance indicators for the team. Implement repeatable marketing processes (Campaigns, Lead management, New offerings). Develop marketing tools and infrastructure. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, administration, or a related field 8 to 10 years of experience in marketing management Experience in the information systems / IT field (asset) Experience in the manufacturing and/or distribution sectors (asset) English (spoken and written), French (nice to have) Ideal Profile Proven experience with digital marketing levers and a strong interest in digital and operational activities Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously Strong writing and content creation skills Demonstrate creativity and strong interpersonal skills Be rigorous and autonomous Ability to manage priorities and coordinate tasks Analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up skills Oral communication skills Demonstrate ethics and professionalism Available to travel as required for the position
