Support tenant satisfaction, occupancy, and retention through clear communications, community activities, operational reporting, and coordination with leasing and building-service teams.

Develop and manage asset-valuation strategies and performance plans across Medway’s medical, residential, commercial, and parking portfolio, using financial analysis to guide investment, acquisition, disposition, repositioning, and financing decisions. Lead portfolio FP&A and reporting, collaborate with development, finance, and operations teams to improve asset performance, and present recommendations to executives and institutional partners.
