They are responsible for creating technical proposals, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring projects are ready for the execution team. Requires a bachelor's degree in construction engineering or a related field with at least 10 years of experience in real estate project development. Proficiency in English and French is required, and experience in the industrial sector or membership in the Order of Engineers is a strong asset.
