They act as a key intermediary between departments and subcontractors to ensure accurate project pricing and efficient workflow. Candidates must hold a college or university degree in civil engineering, architecture, or construction management with at least 3 years of relevant estimation experience. Proficiency in industry software such as BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and BlueBeam is required, along with strong mathematical and communication skills.
