YOUR ROLE: Your responsibilities will include: * Overseeing the end‑to‑end payroll process for employees in Quebec and across Canada, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines; * Ensuring ongoing compliance of payroll processing with applicable regulations; * Maintaining and update payroll systems and records; * Serving as the primary point of contact for payroll‑related matters; * Preparing and generate monthly and annual payroll reports and filings; * Collaborating with the accounting team and external partners; * Managing and processing government remittances. SKILLS REQUIRED: * Proven experience in payroll management for employees, including those located in Quebec and across Canada, with a strong understanding of payroll processes and regulatory requirements; * Relevant experience in a similar payroll-focused role; * Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken; * Payroll certification from the National Payroll Institute (an asset); * Strong proficiency with payroll systems and the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel; * Knowledge of basic accounting principles; * High level of attention to detail, discretion, and organizational skills; * Ability to work independently while maintaining strong interpersonal and communication skills.
