Branch Manager duties will include: Managing the overall operations of the branch and deliver P&L performance to plan and forecast. Be the business leader and strong advocate in this region, professionally representing the Gunnebo Canada team to the regional and national customer base. Providing operational leadership to branch staff – ensure all personnel understand the Company mission and objectives and work towards that common goal, be a Role Model – set an example by following all Company procedures and policies. Deliver best in class service responsiveness, quality and customer centric services and solutions. Planning and organizing branch operations to fulfil sales, profit and company objectives. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing; hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Lead the development of technical capability and teams’ skills development in line with business growth plans. Oversight and Management of the subcontract partner network. Oversight of Invoicing and costing responsibility. Oversight and review of all accounts payable invoices prior to submission. Direct support of Accounts Receivable outstanding issues for the branch. Stay up to date with market and internal Gunnebo new product and solution developments. Other duties as assigned. Minimum three - (3) years’ people management experience in a security service driven environment. University or college degree/diploma in Business Demonstrated ability to deliver business performance results within a highly competitive market. P&L management. Excellent client facing skills and devotion to superior customer satisfaction. Proven ability to lead and positively motivate people. Proactive; action-oriented, diplomatic and resourceful. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. General business Acumen and Financial literacy. Demonstrated Hands-on knowledge and experience working with a field service organisation in a dynamic fast paced environment. Ability to work in a team environment with piers and other leaders across the organizational functions to deliver positive business results.
